The Razer Kishi V2 sports a new extendable bridge to hold your phone, combined with a familiar button layout and a sturdy design. The first Razer Kishi was a solid controller, but the Razer Kishi V2 has taken the original's good design and pushed it up to a whole new level. While you're at it, check out our favorite gaming phones, too. Here is our list of the best controllers for Android tablets and smartphones. It's worth noting, though, that there are some compatibility issues you might encounter - more on that in our frequently asked questions section at the end of this article. Depending on your price range and preferences, you can pick up a model that will serve you well for years to come or one that you will feel perfectly fine stuffing into a backpack or shoulder bag. ![]() Luckily, there is no shortage of third-party Android gaming peripherals to choose from. As anyone who has roamed the streets of Vice City or the hallways of Croft Manor can tell you, analog joysticks, D-pads, buttons, and triggers deliver infinitely more precision than big, meaty fingers on greasy smartphone glass. Few triple-A Android games actually require third-party peripherals, but there are plenty of remastered titles designed with a controller in mind that respond much better to physical buttons. Not all titles work equally well with touchscreens. But if you game on your phone, you may need one of the best Android game controllers. Call of Duty: Mobile, Diablo Immortal, and Genshin Impact are the cream of the current mix's crop - a list that seems to grow longer every day. Now, Google's operating system boasts a diverse games library that rivals that of some home consoles. ![]() Long gone are the days when Tetris clones, Farmville knockoffs, and Pac-Man look-alikes populated much of Android's burgeoning Google Play Store. ![]()

Digital Asset Management in Essential is limited to browsing by category. Both software offer the same core features but quite a few major ones are reserved for Elite edition. ![]() This software comes in two editions: Essential and Elite. Image processing algorithms were designed exclusively for sensors with Bayer Color-Filter-Arrays and so they rarely support Fujifilm digital cameras. Its most capable tools are only fully functional for combinations of supported RAW files and lenses known to DxO. The primary focus of PhotoLab remains corrective processing based on profile data. Installing PhotoLab automatically registers NIK plugins with compatible products.ĭxO PhotoLab 4 is built upon the same image processing pipeline as its predecessor version wrapped in a streamlined user-interface and newly added minimal DAM software features. Only the HDR blending software has its own standalone interface. NIK is actually a set of plugins which are still available separately from PhotoLab. This flagship software combines RAW conversion, optical correction, image processing and cataloging into a single product. These profiles gave them insight on digital camera performance that they published at DxO Mark which eventually was spun as its own separate company.Īfter acquiring NIK tools from Google, DxO merged it with Optics to create DxO PhotoLab. ![]() By necessity, the DxO produced detailed calibration profiles for thousands of combinations of digital cameras and lenses. ![]() It provided profile-driven sensor and optical correction. After they edit it, I could import their INDD file in place of my original frames. It’d be cool to simply select the pertinent frames and export just those as a separate INDD file. ![]() For example, I might be working on a layout, and I want to share a piece of it with someone else. I know you’re going to say, “That’s what Snippets are for.” But this is different. Now, why don’t we have this “Selection” feature in the Export PDF Options dialog box? Or even the Save As dialog box? I’d love to be able to save one or more objects off to their own InDesign document that would automatically be saved at a page size that perfectly encompasses those objects. (I use exported JPEG images in a number of ways, including making thumbnails that can be imported into other documents, creating web banners and web graphics, and making simple proofs for people that are small and easy to see without requiring Acrobat.) This is great! If you only want one or two objects in the final JPEG, just select them first, then choose the Selection radio button. I must have known that you can choose to export only individual page objects at some point, but that info had fallen out of my brain. Here’s what we wrote in the last (CS2) edition regarding exporting JPG images after choosing File > Export and clicking Save: “To export one or more objects from a page or spread, select them before choosing Export and then turn on the Selection option in the dialog box.” ![]() But when I jumped to that section in the book to update it, something caught my eye: Selection. New in CS3 is the ability to specify an image resolution when exporting JPEG images (or JPG, or whatever you want to call them). ![]() This happened to me this morning, as I was working on the update to Real World InDesign (due out RSN). One of the most amusing aspects of writing (whether it be books or articles or blog posts) is that I can research something, write about it, and then a year later completely forget that the feature existed at all. ![]() ![]() If you own a previous version of either program, you can upgrade for $80 each or $120 for the bundle. Photoshop Elements and Premiere Elements 2021 are both available starting today for $100 each, or $150 as a bundle. On the effects front, the software now lets you select and intelligently track a subject throughout your video, allowing you to quickly and easily apply effects to either the subject or background instead of layering them onto the whole clip.įinally, Premiere Elements 2021 also gets some new Guided Edits, including a video version of the Double Exposure guided edit that’s been very popular on the Photoshop side, and some neat Animated Matte Overlays. On the practical side, Adobe added GPU acceleration that delivers real-time effects previews without rendering (assuming you have a discreet GPU), and has included 21 new music tracks for users to choose from. I should note that I originally bought a "box" version of Elements, with the activation code printed on it, so I don't even have that anymore.Premiere Elements 2021 comes with three updates of its own: GPU Acceleration, more music to choose from, and subject selection and tracking. ![]() ![]() Is there a way to fix this? Or even get the serial number somehow so that I can get back to using the program? The functionality and capabilities resemble. When I talked to support, I found out that the product serial number was not available in my account, so I could not even recover it through that route. Photoshop Elements (PSE) is simple but equally effective photo processor and manager for image sorting and editing. I've owned this version of Elements for about 2 years now and have never had this problem before. ![]() I don't have an activation code (since I bought the software in 2021) and I'm hesitant to choose to begin a free trial because I don't know if that'll mess up any chances I have of fixing my issue. Adobe Photoshop Elements 2021 is an impressive application that allows users to create changes in their photos in a professional manner. After I did, I then get asked how I would like to use the software, being given 2 options: enter an activation code or begin a free trial. I recently opened up Photoshop Elements only to be presented with a screen telling me to sign in. ![]() I'm hoping someone can help me more than Adobe's support can. ![]() ![]() ![]() The first is exactly how you want to use it.
